Our company motto expresses our basic principles that we have been acting in accordance with since we commenced operations in January 1938 as a company named MATSUO AKIRA SHOTEN. By consistently following these principles, we have been contributing to society through the prosperity of our customers. These basic principles will never change even with changes in eras and society. We are a company that grows with our customers, partners and society, without forgetting the sprit of our founders. We believe that what we should not forget is that we must always consider carefully as we make proposals to solve the problems of our customers and partners; that we must keep exploring every single opportunity; and that we must maintain our willingness to change.
