About us

As in many similar stories, our company was born after the initiative of one of the families of European immigrants that, with high expectations and ambitious dreams, settled in Northern Greater Buenos Aires and founded —about 40 years ago— SURFACTAN S.A., an enterprise devoted to the manufacture of chemicals for the textile, leather and paper industries, biocides for paints, active ingredients for the pharmaceutical industry and fine chemistry. In mid 1986, after having grown sufficiently, its Leather Division started operating as an independent company under the name of PELLITAL S.A., which is already over 20 years old and, as from its very beginning, continues to be connected in partnership with its mother company and preserves the leading principles bequeathed by its founders. The essential values inherited from those European immigrants keep guiding the path for PELLITAL S.A., including respect for its personnel and a strong commitment for servicing customers, suppliers and society as a whole, from which we arose and in which a modern company must play a transcendental social role as a creator and generator of technology, work and welfare.  Click for details>>
