About us

S.I.M.S srl has been founded in 1937 by Mr.Ugo Rangoni in Scandicci,near Florence. During its long life, SIMS has grown up constantly in production capacity and personnel and it is now deeply present through a wide distribution network in the main pharmaceutical markets all over the world. The first DMF was submitted to the US FDA in 1972 and 20 more have folllowed in the subsequent years. SIMS has moved in 1974 from the original location into a brand new plant,located in the Reggello county, equipped with one of the firsr water treatment plant ever operating in the industry.  Click for details>>
