MBE Components UMC can now supply a wide variety of effusion and dopant cells as well as other specialty components including manipulators, cooling shrouds, rotators, etc. These componoents are designed and manufactured by MBE Komponenten for use with most major MBE systems. Standard and custom designed units are available for both production and R&D environments. A large variety of e-beam evaporators are also available. These units are designed and manufactured by Dr. Eberl MBE-Komponenten GmbH. LumiNova? Ultrafine Particle Size The new FF type of LumiNova? contains particles of much smaller size.
