Raw materials: 4-Chlorotoluene-->4-Chlorobenzotrifluoride 
With p-chlorotoluene as the starting material via,chlorination , fluorination, obtaining Chlorobenzotrifluoride, and then nitration, and condensation with p-Nitrophenol , Trifluoro-ethyl nitrate is obtained.
