black bean extract is made from black bean glycine max (l.) merri. it is extracted with special process and refined, and its main component is centrosin-3 - glucoside. black beans anthocyanin is refined from the black skin of a powerful antioxidant, and the skin of black beans as raw material to extract the natural pigment is called "black beans red pigment", hereinafter referred to as "black red", also called black beans anthocyanins.
