1. uvt 150 is an effective uv absorber for uvb (275-320nm) with an absorptivity of >1500 at 314 nm. in sun-care products, thanks to its high specific extinction, it is used in combination with other uv-filters to achieve a high spf value. concentrations up to 5% are recommended.

2. uvt 150 can be dissolved mainly in polar oils heating the oil phase up to 70-80°c and adding this products under fast agitation.
