2. function & applications of tert-butylhydroquinone: tbhq

method of application:
1, direct method: heat the grease to 35-60 ° c, pour the tbhq as the required proportional amount, mix for 10-15
minutes and dissolve it, and then stirring continually for about 20 minutes(never vigorously stirring so as not to
avoid excessive amounts of air), to ensure the tbhq uniform distribution;
2, scaling method: prepare 5% tbhq concentrated grease solution by the direct method, and then pour it to the
large quantities of oil as the 4g/kg proportion;
3, spraying or dipping: for the canned nuts and seeds, roasted nuts, cured meat food, air dried, oven dried,
