J-4 Stainless Steel Pickling Passivation Liquid

1. for cleaning of welding line oxide, first clean welding residue welding line and oily soil, then paint grease on the pretreated surface with the coating thickness is 1~2 mm and resort about 1~2 hours is needed, at last clean residues on the cleaning surface with cotton waste or rug (water washing is better) until bright and clean.

2. for cleanup the thick oxide on heat press end socket and surface of heat treatment accessory, first clean oily soil on the pretreated surface, then paint grease on the surface equably with the coating thickness is about 2 mm and resort about 5~ 10 hours is needed, at last brush with the card completely or clean residues with cotton waste ot rug (water washing is better) until bright and clean.

3. excellent ventilation on the site during operation, the operator should wear rubber gloves & shoes and respirator. if closed environment during operation is existed, it must use ventilation system with two operators work together.

4. the grease should be charged & collected by person specially, covered for the vessel and kept vertical state.

5. once corrode the operator's skin, water washing immediately (or washing with 5% sodium bicarbonate liquid).
