silibase-2898 has good solubility and stability in the premixed systems containing polyether polyol, water, amine catalyst and fire retardant etc., ensuring that the premixed polyether is transparent and the reaction fluidity is better, especially in the foam system of hfc-365mfc/227ea.

silibase-2898 can significantly reduce or even eliminate the ‘shear line’ phenomenon of plastic products, making foam structure more uniform, and close-cell rate higher. thereby the insulation performance and mechanical strength are enhanced.

how to use

use levels of 1.5 to 2.5 parts silibase-2898 per 100 parts polyols are suggested. the optimum dosage is determined by the particular foam formulation.
