1、chemical name: manganese sulfate

2、molecular formula : mnso₄·h₂o

3、molecular weight: 169.02

5、character: it is pale pink monoclinic system coarse crystal, odorless. relative density is 2.95. it starts to lose crystal water when heated to above 200℃. it almost loses all crystal water when above 280℃. and to 700℃, it changes to anhydrous melts. it starts to decompose when heated to 800℃ and black insoluble mn₃o₄ is left. it completely decomposes at the temperature of 1150℃. it is freely soluble in water, but is insoluble in alcohol.

6、usage: nutritional supplement (manganese fortifier)

7、packing: it is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, and a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. the net weight of each bag is 25kg.

8、storage and transport: it should be stored in a dry and ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat and moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
