Preparation of 3H-1, 2, 4-Triazole-3-thione, 1, 2-dihydro-5-methyl-: this chemical is prepared by C5H11N3OS. The reaction time is 20 minutes with reaction temperature of 200 °C. The yield is about 22 %.

3H-1, 2, 4-Triazole-3-thione, 1, 2-dihydro-5-methyl- can react with Ethyne to get 5-Methyl-3-vinylsulfanyl-1H-[1, 2, 4]triazole.
