Rifamycin drugs include rifamycin B diacetamide, rifampicin equal, etc. , in which rifampicin, rifapentine and rifabutin are currently used clinically.

Rifampicin, which has the best efficacy and is currently most widely used, has broad spectrum antibacterial and can be used for a variety of bacterial infectious diseases. It don’t have cross-drug resistance with other drugs and its effect on tuberculosis is particularly prominent.
