Solidification tank is made of 316L and 304 stainless steel. Internal wall, blending spindle and paddle are polished, and easy to clean according to "GMP" requirements. Driving part adopts horizontal drive to make whole dynamic part lower than generally average height in China. The structure is compact, and it is easy to dismantle with balanced drive.

Spindle in blender has big diameter and small number of rotation. The flat paddle and anchor paddle with great torque are on two layers, and blend stably to achieve even heating during solidification for good quality of glues. This type of solidification tank can ensure frozenness, adhesiveness and water content of glue, save energy and improve working conditions. Therefore, presently, it is an ideal solidification equipment in China.
