The Journals of International Research Publications is issued by Science & Education Foundation, Bulgaria. The main goal of the publisher is to extend the opportunities and to shorten the terms: for publishing of the scientific results, given by Bulgarian and foreign scientists and specialists; for reporting of the published articles.

The journals is issued in English. It has a certificate by the National agency of international book number for a periodic edition ISSN. The journals is issued in two formats: Online HTML & SWF format of the virtual server; In offline version on CD Rom the content of the journal is published for a publishing year in format: eJournals Offline /HMTL & SWF/ .

The journals is financed by its own incomes and by sponsors. The publications of articles in the journals are paid and the access is free.
