  • Strawberry belongs to the rosaceae perennial herb. It was originated from South America, and was not introduced to China until the early 20th century. There are more than 2,000 varieties of strawberry.

    Strawberry is a nutritious fruit, containing a variety of effective ingredients. For example, there is 60 mg vitamin C in every hectogram fresh strawberry pulp, which is much higher than that in apple and grape. Strawberry pulp contains large amount of carbohydrate, protein, organic acid, pectin and other nutrients.
