Chloro Ether Resin Application in Paints
 Chloro Ether Resin(25154-85-2) is a kind of copolymer of vinyl chloride (VCM) and vinyl isobutyl ether (VIE). It can be used as the base for gas type coating and other physical drying method coating.
 At present, only Germany, America and Japan can produce it in the world.  Chloro Ether Resin(25154-85-2) is a kind of random copolymer. Total average conjugated ether content is about 22%, i.e. in macromolecule structure, six chloroethylene molecules can conjugates with one ethylene isobutyl ether molecules averagely. Because the ether bond structure is contained in the molecule link, many freely rotated "knobs" are increased in the polyvinyl chloride big molecule chain which was very rigidity originally so that it becomes very flexible and adhesive, without any saponificatable ester bond and residual double bond contained. It features chemically corrosive proof, quick drying, water seepage proof and ;fire resistance properties, especially it is best to used as anti-corrosion saponification-proof binding agent for air solidified industries such iron, organic metal and other non-organic base. The crafters in paint layer are seldom so that ageing resistance is improved larged. Due to the flexibility of Chloro Ether Resin no plasticizer is added when coating is produced, which prevents from the short term ramous appearance. Comparing it with chlorinated rubber, besides it contains chlorine polymer, it displays the advantages in coating flexibility, heat resistance, stability to ultraviolet light, acid, alkali and salt resistance as well as pulverization proof. 

Application
Composing of Chloro Ether Resin(25154-85-2) Anticorrosive Coating:
  Chloro ether heavy anticorrosive coating is a kind of monocomponent anticorrosive coating, composing of Chloro Ether Resin with excellent resistance to chemical atmosphere, c/w resin and all kinds of assistants.    
 I. Characteristic: its coat has strong adhesiveness, compact structure, outstanding physical & chemical index. Comparing it with other anti-corrosive coatings, it has more advanced performances in resistance to ultraviolet radiation, salt spray, corrosive gas and medium splash, etc. all synthesis anti-corrosive index is higher than chlorosulfonated polyethylene and chlorinated rubber coatings. At present, it is the anti-corrosive coating with very excellent synthesis performance to resist the corrosion of chemical industry atmosphere in large engineering and petrochemical engineering.           
 II. Application: It acts as the longacting protective paint for the steel structure, machinery equipment and concrete structure in chemical industry atmosphere and natural atmosphere. It is mainly used for the longacting anti-corrosion of steel structure in chemical industry atmosphere, all sorts of storage tanks, chemical equipment, port machinery, ocean facilities, mineral machinery and civil outdoor steel structure.   
MP45 application in compound printing ink:
 It acts together with CPP and chlorinated EVA as the base resin in chloro ether resin printing ink. Now it is extended and applied widely. In printing ink application, it is mainly applied for the production plastic gravure compound printing oil. At earliest, Japan DIC printing ink (company) applied chloro ether resin MP45 into compound chloro ether resin MP45. The application of vinyl isobutyl ether component make it with good binding material property.
