DOCUMENT TYPE: Journal CA Section: 1 (Pharmacodynamics) The radioactivity from 14C-labeled oxolin (I) [30266-58-1] was found in the blood, spleen, kidney, and esp. the liver 15 min after topical application to rat skin. The label was still found in the liver at 48 h post application. Highest levels of label from I-14C administered to rabbit cornea were obsd. 30 min after treatment, esp. in the kidney. Only traces of label were found in organs 48 h after corneal application.
