This powder is sprayed on steel at 60 kV to 80-100 m and baked 30 min at 140° to give a coating with appearance good, 60° gloss 97, pencil hardness H, Erichsen indentation 8 mm, and gloss change in 500 h accelerated weathering 1.5, compared with very poor, 80, F, ￡1, and 5.0, for powder (which agglomerates in storage) contg. blocked hexamethylene diisocyanate in place of I.
