I, 4 mg in all, was excreted into urine during the 1st 30 h after 1 g of oral bromvalerylurea [496-67-3].

In cats, the cardiodepressive effect of carbromal (2 g/kg, orally) was assocd. with decreases in blood pressure, heart rate, heart min vol., and dp/dt max.
