The invention belongs to the technical field of medicine, and particularly relates to an HCV NS3/4A protease inhibitor intermediate and a synthesis method and application thereof, wherein the synthesis method comprises the steps: taking 2,3-dichloro-6-methoxyquinoxaline and hydroxyproline methyl ester hydrochloride as initial raw materials, and carrying out a reaction; and extracting, drying and filtering to obtain (4R)-4-[(3-chloro-7-methoxy-2-quinoxalinyl)oxy]-L-proline methyl ester methanesulfonic acid. According to the invention, 2,3-dichloro-6-methoxyquinoxaline and hydroxyproline methylester hydrochloride are used as the initial raw materials, (4R)-4-[(3-chloro-7-methoxy-2-quinoxalinyl)oxy]-L-proline methyl ester methanesulfonic acid is synthesized finally by combining with subsequently added reactants, and the purity and yield of the product can be effectively improved by reasonably setting the component content ratio of all the raw materials; the purity of the final product isup to 99%, the yield can reach 90% or above, and industrial production is facilitated.
