The invention discloses a hexasulfonic acid liquid fluorescent whitening agent, a preparation method and applications thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: making cyanuric chloride carry out condensation reactions with 2,5-disulfonic acid aniline for one hour at a temperature of 0 to 15 DEG C so as to obtain the primary condensation product, wherein the pH value of the reaction system is controlled at 6 to 7; making the primary condensation product carry out condensation reactions with 4,4'-diaminodistyryl-2,2'-disulfonic acid for one hour at a temperature of 30 to 45 DEG C so as to obtain the secondary condensation product, wherein the pH value of the reaction system is controlled at 6.8 to 7.5; and finally making the secondary condensation product carry out reactions with diethanolamine for 3.5 hours at a temperature of 90 to 98 DEG C so as to obtain the target product, wherein the pH value of the reaction system is controlled at 8 to 9. The fluorescent strength of the provided hexasulfonic acid liquid fluorescent whitening agent is prominently improved, the water solubility is good, the paper processed by the whitening agent has a high whiteness, a transparent appearance and good stability at a room temperature, and moreover the paper can be stored for a long time, is convenient to use, and is nontoxic and corrosion-free during the transportation process.
