A compound of Formula (I): or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are capable of modulating the body's production of cyclic guanosine monophosphate ("cGMP") and are generally suitable for the therapy and prophylaxis of diseases which are associated with a disturbed cGMP balance.
