zirconate coupling agent zca-n44 is a neoalkoxy zirconate coupling agent, its main advantage is their greater stability; unlike titanates they neither discolbody producers in the presence of phenols (with the exception of nitrophenols), ndo they interact with hindered amines (hals). in unfilled plastics they also often improve uv stability compared to titanates, it can provide novel opportunities fcoupling fluorinated polymers to metal substrates.

application performance
zirconate coupling agent zca-n44 can be used in composite materials to improve thermal stability, surface smoothness loading level of fillers to reduce the dosage of resin reduce the cost.
it can be applied to polymers including pp, pe rubber. zirconate coupler zca-n44 is a surface treatment agent finorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate, kaoline, talcum etc, to improve hydrophobic property dispersion of the filler. as a result, the products treated by this product will obtain improved mechanical strength, reduced moisture absorption.
when rubber is filled by the filler of kaolin treated by zca-n44, the rubber can obtain improved tearing strength tensile strength. so silica can be partly replaced.
