- Method for the combined production of tetramethyldecyndiol and dimethylhexynyl alcohol
-
A method for co-producing tetramethyldecyndiol and dimethylhexynyl alcohol, using 4-methyl-2-pentanone and acetylene as raw material, potassium hydroxide as a catalyst, and organic solvent as a dispersant, first reacting 4-methyl-2-pentanone with acetylene at atmospheric pressure or low pressure at a lower temperature to form a dimethylhexynyl alcohol-potassium hydroxide complex, and then mixing it with 4-methyl-2-pentanone quickly reacts through a high-temperature reaction tube to generate tetramethyldyne glycol. After the reaction product is water-relieved of potassium hydroxide, each target product is collected by fractionation. The present invention has the characteristics of short reaction time, low catalyst consumption and easy recovery of products.

- Novel method for synthesizing alkynediol
-
The invention discloses a novel method for synthesizing alkynediol. A potassium hydroxide complex which is a potassium hydroxide/podand complex is used as a catalyst, diethylene glycol divinyl ether is used as the podand so that the best result is obtained and the catalyst can greatly reduce the catalyst use amount. The method comprises utilizing methyl ketone, the complex catalyst, a front distillate and a solvent as bases, and adding acetylene into the bases in batch, wherein the reaction rate can be controlled by the acetylene flow. Compared with the stage addition method of methyl ketone and acetylene, the novel method can be easier controlled, greatly improve the production efficiency and greatly reduce the production cost. The low cost is conducive to improvement of the competitiveness of acetylene glycol in the market and development of the novel method in the field of paint.
