Acylative cleavage of 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines: Its application in the synthesis of bis-β-phenethylamines incorporating aromatic spacer units
Bis-β-phenethylamines (1) incorporating aromatic spacer units have been synthesised through the application of the acylative cleavage of 3,4-dihydroisoquinolines, obtained from aromatic dicarboxylic acids and a phenethylamine.
