- Synthesis method of dimethylaminophthalic anhydride
-
The invention provides a synthesis method of dimethylaminophthalic anhydride, and the synthesis method is as follows: taking 4-aminophthalic acid as a raw material, a 37% formaldehyde aqueous solutionand hydrogen as reducing methylation reagents and Pd/C as a catalyst, stirring the system for 3 hours at room temperature to complete reaction, filtering and concentrating the system, refluxing for 3hours with acetic anhydride, and then slowly cooling the system to room temperature to precipitate a light yellow crystal, filtering and drying to obtain target product 4-(N, N-dimethylamino) phthalic anhydride. The synthesis method is simple, low in cost, high in production efficiency and suitable for industrial production, and can be used in plasticizers, dye intermediates, pharmaceutical intermediates, and other aspects.

- A new environment-sensitive fluorescent amino acid for Fmoc-based solid phase peptide synthesis
-
A new 4-(N,N-dimethylamino phthalimide-based environment-sensitive fluorescent building block for solid phase peptide synthesis 3, has been synthesized and incorporated into peptides. Peptides incorporating this residue show great potential for biological applications in sensing protein/protein interactions.
