The invention discloses a novel crystal structure polyamide stabilizer, and relates to the novel crystal structure polyamide stabilizer N,N'-bis (2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1, 3-phthalamide.The stabilizer is characterized in that in a powder X-ray diffraction pattern of Cu Ka ray 1.5418 angstroms, a unique sharp X-ray diffraction peak is shown at a diffraction angle of 2theta=5.646 degrees, the relative intensity is 100.0%, and the relative intensity of other peaks is lower than 17.0%; macroscopically visible acicular white crystals have a melting point of 278-280 DEG C and a DSC differential thermal analysis phase change peak value of 279.6 DEG C. The preparation method is characterized in that dimethyl isophthalate or diethyl isophthalate and stoichiometric excess 4-amino-2, 2,6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine are used as raw materials, no solvent or catalyst is used, a reaction is carried out for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 190 DEG C, then the temperature is raised to 220-240 DEG C, a reaction is carried out for 3-6 hours, aminolysis is directly carried out, and a target novel crystal structure product is prepared.

The invention relates to a method for preparing a nylon additive N,N'-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl)-1,3-phenyldicarbonamide. According to the method, m-phthalic dialkyl ester and tetramethylpiperylhydrazine, which are used as raw materials, react in a nonpolar organic solvent under the pressurized condition to generate a target product. In the method, no catalyst is used, and less wastewater is generated. The method is simple to operate and is suitable for industrial production. Meanwhile, GC content of the target product obtained by the method can reach 99.8% and above, and yield canreach 95% and above.

The invention relates to a synthesis method of N,N'-bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidyl)-1,3-phthalic diamide shown as a following formula (III). The formula (III) is shown in the description. According to the method, in an organic solvent, under the existence of a solid loaded catalyst, a compound shown as a following formula (I) and a compound shown as a following formula (II) react under the stirring condition; after the reaction is completed, post treatment is performed, so that the compound shown as the formula (III) is obtained. The formula (I) and the formula (II) are shown in the description, wherein R1 and R2 are respectively identically or differently selected from C1-6 alkyls. The method can obtain good technical effects through the use of unique catalysts and the compounding of organic solvents. Compared with the prior art, the method has various advantages of pollution reduction, environment-friendly effect realization, obvious improvement of yield and the like. The cheaper functional additives can be provided for the plastic processing field; good industrial production prospects and application potentials are realized.

The invention discloses a preparation method for a multifunctional nylon stabilizer which is shown as a preparation formula (I). The preparation method comprises the steps: condensing isophthaloyl dichloride and stereo-hindered amine of tetraalkylpiperidine, selecting a proper organic solvent, reacting at 20-40DEG C in a stirring condition in the presence of an NaOH solution, distilling and recovering the solvent, and separating to obtain the multifunctional nylon stabilizer compound in the formula (1). The preparation method has the beneficial effects that through using the method, the reaction yield can be increased to 94%, and the waste water consumption and load can be obviously reduced.

The instant invention relates to a process for the preparation of stabilizers for polymers, especially for polyamides, by condensation of isophthalic acic dichloride (IPC) with sterically hindered amines of the type tetraalkylpiperidine. By using organic solvents or mixtures of organic solvents with water and by an optimized combination of temperature and pressure the yield is much higher than by using water alone. The organic load of the waste water could be significantly reduced.
