Chiral resolution method of piperazinotriazole derivatives

The invention discloses a chiral resolution method of a piperazinotriazole derivative. The preparation method comprises the following steps: with chiral acid as a resolution reagent, carrying out an acid-base salifying reaction on a racemate compound (I) and the chiral acid to obtain a mixture of diastereoisomers, collecting a single chiral isomer from the mixture, and conducting dissociating under an alkaline condition to obtain the R-configuration piperazinotriazole derivative as shown in a general structural formula II. Compared with chiral synthesis and chiral column separation preparationmethods, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of easily available raw materials, simple operation, high optical purity, low preparation cost, environmental protection performance,and easy industrial-scale preparation. The structural general formulas of the racemate compound (I) and the R-configuration derivative (II) are shown in the specification.

The invention is also directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising these compounds and the use of these compounds and compositions in the prevention or treatment of such diseases in which the dipeptidyl peptidase-IV enzyme is involved.
