The company is a Sino-American joint venture registered with Tianjin Technology & Economy Development Area. In addition, the company is the member of China Committee of International Trading Promoting and China International Chamber of Commerce. The company is engaged  in manufacture of inorganic molybdenum chemicals. The company has total 24 speciuficatuins un 4 series products which are Ammonium molybdate (13106-76-8), Sodium molybdate (7631-95-0), Molybdenum trioxide (1313-27-5) and Molybdenum disulphide (1317-33-5). All of these products are widely used as electrical industrial material, smelter powder, petrochemical, fertilizer, catalyst, ougment, printing ink paint and so on. Annual throughput is up to 2000 tons. The quantity of sales is up to 2000-2900 tons. The quantity of exporting is above 70 percent. The company was approved to be bonded factory by Tianjin Customs 1997.
