Fuzhou Antibiotic Group Corporation (FAGC), founded on Jan.18,1996, was a state-owned corporation.It was originally named as "Fuzhou Antibiotic General Factory" which is one of the earliest antibiotic manufacturers in china. FAGC is located on southeast of china with a floor area of 230,000 SQM. It has sixteen workshops, two branches, six subsidiary corp, and 2 holding companies, with about 2500 employees. FAGC is the largest manufacturer of antibiotics in Fujian province, among top 50 biggest pharmaceutical enterprises in china. The products sell well in 29 domestic provinces and autonomous regions. Both the output and sales volume of the main products like Chlortetracycing hydrochloride (64-72-2) ranks first in the world. In AUG.1996, Chlortetracycline HCl of FAGC WAS certified by FDA in the third time reinspection.
