SYNOPSIS TOC: Hop in!: a synthetic nicotinamide cofactor mimic (BNAH) increases the efficiency of electron transfer of
a styrene monooxygenase (StyA) for the asymmetric (ep)oxidation of styrene derivatives and aromatic sulfides. This method
may also be applicable to other two-component flavin monooxygenases (2CFMOs) for a more practical use of these en-
zymes.
