According to this pilot study, a once-daily low-
dose combination of isradipine SRO and spirapril
appears able to induce regression of LVH to a
substantial degree and improve ventricular perfor-
mance in patients with mild to moderate hyper-
tension. Larger-scale studies are warranted to
confirm these preliminary findings.
