Physical properties
It is an amber liquid. Carrot seed oil is soluble in most fixed oils, and is soluble, with opalescence,
in mineral oil. It is practically insoluble in glycerin and propylene glycol.

Uses
carrot seed oil is contains beta-carotene and vitamin A, providing anti-oxidant properties. It is also beneficial for treating dry, damaged skin. carrot oil is used since the sixteenth century for skin diseases for its attributed cleansing, purifying, and draining properties.
