  • Description Sermorelin consists of 29 amino acid residues, corresponding to the amino-terminal segment of GHRH. It belongs to the category of growth hormone-releasing hormone analogs. Sermorelin acetate is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the amino-terminal segment of the human growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH or GRF). It is the acetate salt of an amidated synthetic 29-amino acid peptide.
  • Uses and Mechanism of Action Sermorelin is used for the diagnosis or treatment of patients with growth hormone deficiency. It is also utilized in bodybuilding to increase muscle mass and reduce body fat. Additionally, it can be used to stimulate hair growth and improve exercise performance. Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone (GH) by mimicking the action of endogenous GHRH.
