It has been found that diazolidinyl urea is a stronger sensitizer than imidazolidinyl urea for people sensitive or allergic to formaldehyde. 2,5-Diazolidinylurea is a preservative used in cosmetic creams, lotions, shampoos, hair gels, etc.
