In ethanol; a suspn. of Ru-complex in EtOH at 0°C was treated with a soln. of the diphosphine (1:1 mole ratio) in EtOH under inert atmosphere, mixt. was stirred at 0°C for 1 h, filtered, concd., an ethanolic soln. of NH4PF6 was added with stirring; ppt. was isolated by filtration and washed with diethyl ether; elem. anal.;
