The corresponding phosphates and thiophosphates were obtained from N-substituted ethyleneamidophosphites of 1,2-O-isopropylideneglycerols.The hydrolytic cleavage of the phosphamide bond in these compounds was investigated.The acylation of the acyclic aminoethyl phosphates of 1,2-O-isopropylideneglycerol to N-methylphosphatidyl(thiophosphatidyl)ethanolamines was realized.
