Synthetic method for preparing Abrusamide A and isomer thereof

The invention belongs to the field of organic synthetic chemistry, and particularly relates to a synthetic method for preparing Abrusamide A and an isomer thereof. The method comprises the following steps: performing a phenolic hydroxyl protection reaction of 4,4'-dihydroxy truxillic acid or 4,4'-dihydroxy truxinic acid serving as a raw material; performing an amidation synthetic reaction of a tyrosine methyl ester derivative under phenolic hydroxyl protection; performing hydroxyl de-protection on a synthetic product to obtain a synthetic final product, namely, the Abrusamide A or the isomer thereof. The synthetic method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of simple and convenient steps, high operability, safety, stability, use of low-toxicity and environmentally-friendly reagent, less side reactions, product yield of 80 percent or more, low price of the used raw material, wide raw material source and low production cost, and can be applied to industrial production.
