Synthesis and Antimicrobial Activity of some 1,2,4-Triazoles

The addition and alkylation reactions of the triazole (1) have been studied. The products obtained are used in the synthesis of new derivatives. The complexation of amide (2b) with some metal cations is also described. All the compounds have been tested against some bacteria and fungi to evaluate their biological actions.
