Check Digit Verification of cas no
The CAS Registry Mumber 1073-75-2 includes 7 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 4 digits, 1,0,7 and 3 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 7 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1073-75:
(6*1)+(5*0)+(4*7)+(3*3)+(2*7)+(1*5)=62
62 % 10 = 2
So 1073-75-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

DIOLIC PHOSPHOLIPIDS. III. SYNTHESIS OF DIOLIC PHOSPHO- AND THIOPHOSPHOCHOLINES AND THEIR HOMODERIVATIVES

Phosphorylation of diols by trimethylene phosphonate according to Todd-Atherton leads to the formation of hydroxyalkyl trimethylene phosphonate. When chlorophosphites are added rapidly to the reaction mixture monophosphorylated diols are formed. The formation of a spiro structure was not observed under these conditions due to the stabilization of the phosphite form by benzene.Diolic phospho- and thiophosphocholines and their homoderivatives were synthesized from the monophosphodiols obtained.
