PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel thalidomide three-agents derivative that has a similar structure to those of three thalidomide agents (thalidomide, lenalidomide, pomalidomide) but has oxidative metabolism resistant activity and can avoid teratogenicity. SOLUTION: A fluorinated thalidomide three-agents derivative is represented by the formula (1) (R1, R2, R3 are the same or different to represent H or F, where at least one of R1, R2, R3 is F; R4 is H or an optionally substituted hydroxy, alkoxy, acyl, acyloxy or alkyl group; X is H, F or an optionally substituted amino group; Y is -C(=O)- or -CH2-).
