Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 111908-95-3 includes 9 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 6 digits, 1,1,1,9,0 and 8 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 9 and 5 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 111908-95:
(8*1)+(7*1)+(6*1)+(5*9)+(4*0)+(3*8)+(2*9)+(1*5)=113
113 % 10 = 3
So 111908-95-3 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

, p. 49 - 64 (2007/10/03)

Members of three classes of pyridinylimidazoles bind with varying affinities to CSBP (p38) kinase which is a member of a stress-induced signal transduction pathway. Based upon SAR and protein homology modeling, the pharmacophore and three potential modes of binding to the enzyme are presented. For a subset of pyridinylimidazoles, binding is shown to correlate with inhibition of CSBP kinase activity, whereas no significant inhibition of PKA, PKα and ERK kinase activity is observed.

Pyrrolo[1,2-a]imidazole and pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives and their use as 5-lipoxygenase pathway inhibitor

-

, (2008/06/13)

A method of inhibiting the production of 5-lipoxygenase products in an animal in need thereof which comprises administering an effective, 5-lipoxygenase pathway inhibiting amount of a 2(3)-(pyridyl)-3-(2)-substituted phenyl)-6,7-dihydro-[5H]-pyrrolo-[1,2-
