The invention discloses a beta-ionone substituted curcumin analogue as well as a preparation method and application of the beta-ionone substituted curcumin analogue. The structure of the curcumin analogue is shown as a formula (I), wherein R is substituted or unsubstituted phenyl and substituted or unsubstituted heteroaryl; a substituent group on the phenyl or the heteroaryl is selected from one or more of alkyl, alkoxyl, halogen, nitryl and dialkyl amine. A pharmacological effect test proves that a beta-ionone segment is introduced into a parent structure of curcumin, so that the anti-inflammatory activity of the compound can be remarkably improved, levels of TNF-alpha (Tumor Necrosis Factor-alpha) and IL-6 (Interleukin-6) are reduced and the probability of occurrence of infectious shock is reduced.
