The preparation method of the prasugrel disulfate or the crystal thereof has the advantages that operation conditions are simple and easy to control, XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) spectrums show that a product is high in crystallization degree, relatively large in crystal particle size and smooth in crystal surface, a rapid filtering and drying speed is achieved, the efficiency of the preparation process is improved, and an application of the novel crystal in medicine preparation is relatively well facilitated.
