A number of 1-(p-chlorophenoxyalkanoyl)-2-arylsulfonylhydrazines (3) and a few 3,6-di(p-chlorophenoxyalkyl)-1,4-diarylsulfonyl-1,4-dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazines (6) have been prepared and screened for their biological activities.Some of the compounds exhibit mild to moderate hypoglycemic and antiinflammatory activities.
