Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1219091-31-2 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,2,1,9,0,9 and 1 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 3 and 1 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1219091-31:
(9*1)+(8*2)+(7*1)+(6*9)+(5*0)+(4*9)+(3*1)+(2*3)+(1*1)=132
132 % 10 = 2
So 1219091-31-2 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Facile synthesis of AIEgens with wide color tunability for cellular imaging and therapy

Xu, Wenhan,Lee, Michelle M. S.,Zhang, Zhihan,Sung, Herman H. Y.,Williams, Ian D.,Kwok, Ryan T. K.,Lam, Jacky W. Y.,Wang, Dong,Tang, Ben Zhong

, p. 3494 - 3501 (2019)

Luminogens with aggregation-induced emission (AIE) characteristics are nowadays undergoing explosive development in the fields of imaging, process visualization, diagnosis and therapy. However, exploration of an AIE luminogen (AIEgen) system allowing for extremely wide color tunability remains challenging. In this contribution, the facile synthesis of triphenylamine (TPA)-thiophene building block-based AIEgens having tunable maximum emission wavelengths covering violet, blue, green, yellow, orange, red, deep red and NIR regions is reported. The obtained AIEgens can be utilized as extraordinary fluorescent probes for lipid droplet (LD)-specific cell imaging and cell fusion assessment, showing excellent image contrast to the cell background and high photostability, as well as satisfactory visualization outcomes. Interestingly, quantitative evaluation of the phototherapy effect demonstrates that one of these presented AIEgens, namely TTNIR, performs well as a photosensitizer for photodynamic ablation of cancer cells upon white light irradiation. This study thus provides useful insights into rational design of fluorescence systems for widely tuning emission colors with high brightness, and remarkably extends the applications of AIEgens.

Multi-modal photic diagnosis and treatment agent with aggregation-induced emission properties, and preparation and application thereof

-

Paragraph 0063-0066, (2020/12/09)

The invention discloses a multi-modal photic diagnosis and treatment agent with aggregation-induced emission property and preparation and application thereof. The general structural formula of the photic diagnosis and treatment agent is as shown in the specification. In the general structural formula, R1 is as described in the specification, R2 is a C1 to C16 alkyl group or is as described in thespecification, and a dotted-line bond represents a connecting site of R1 and R2. The photic diagnosis and treatment agent with the structure is excellent in biocompatibility and small in toxic and side effects, and further has strong long-wavelength fluorescence emission performance, excellent active oxygen generation capacity and efficient photothermal conversion performance, and multi-modal imaging of the photic diagnosis and treatment agent has the advantages of high resolution ratio, strong penetrability, low background interference, good photobleaching resistance and the like. The photicdiagnosis and treatment agent can be used for photodynamic-photothermal combined treatment guided by near-infrared first-zone or second-zone fluorescence imaging, photoacoustic imaging and photothermal imaging. In multi-modal imaging-guided photodynamic-photothermal combined anti-tumor treatment, the photic diagnosis and treatment agent can generate a large amount of heat while generating a largeamount of active oxygen under laser irradiation, and can realize efficient killing of cancer cells and tumor tissue.

DYE COMPOUND AND DYE-SENSITIZED SOLAR CELL

-

Page/Page column 15-16, (2010/04/23)

A dye compound is described, which is expressed by formula (I): wherein A1, A2 and A3 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted 1,4-phenylene or 2,5-thiophene group, and B1 and B2 each independently represent a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group. The dye compound is suitably used as a dye sensitizer in a dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC).
