Quite comparable: A graphene monolayer is used as a substrate for the growth of two-dimensional hydrogen-bonded supramolecular structures (see STM image). The formation of these extended structures arises from a commensurability between their dimensions and a moire pattern formed by the graphene. (Figure Presented)
