N-[3-(4-Cyano-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl)-2,4-difluoro-phenyl]-4-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide, N-[3-(4-ethynyl-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine-3-carbonyl)-2,4-difluoro-phenyl]-4-trifluoromethyl-benzenesulfonamide, and salts thereof, formulations thereof, conjugates thereof, derivatives thereof, forms thereof and uses thereof are described.
