Check Digit Verification of cas no

The CAS Registry Mumber 1265458-54-5 includes 10 digits separated into 3 groups by hyphens. The first part of the number, starting from the left, has 7 digits, 1,2,6,5,4,5 and 8 respectively; the second part has 2 digits, 5 and 4 respectively.
Calculate Digit Verification of CAS Registry Number 1265458-54:
(9*1)+(8*2)+(7*6)+(6*5)+(5*4)+(4*5)+(3*8)+(2*5)+(1*4)=175
175 % 10 = 5
So 1265458-54-5 is a valid CAS Registry Number.

Fluorescence enhancement of covalently linked 1-cyano-1,2- diphenylethene chromophores with naphthalene-1,8-diyl linker units: Analysis based on kinetic constants

Hirose, Takashi,Tsunoi, Yohei,Fujimori, Yuya,Matsuda, Kenji

, p. 1637 - 1644 (2015)

The fluorescence enhancement effect of covalently fixed fluorescent chromophores has been investigated by means of kinetic analysis of decay rate constants and theoretical calculations. Derivatives of 1-cyano-1,2-diphenylethene dimer have a distorted cycl

An Efficient Near-Infrared Emissive Artificial Supramolecular Light-Harvesting System for Imaging in the Golgi Apparatus

Bisoyi, Hari Krishna,Cao, Qin,Chen, Xu-Man,Li, Quan,Wang, Meng,Yang, Hong

, p. 10493 - 10497 (2020)

Light-harvesting systems are an important way for capturing, transferring and utilizing light energy. It remains a key challenge to develop highly efficient artificial light-harvesting systems. Herein, we report a supramolecular co-assembly based on lower

Role of the aromatic bridge on radical ions formation during reduction of diphosphaalkenes

Lejeune, Manuel,Grosshans, Philippe,Berclaz, Theo,Sidorenkova, Helena,Besnard, Celine,Pattison, Phil,Geoffroy, Michel

, p. 2510 - 2520 (2012/01/04)

Two molecules containing two phenylphosphaalkene moieties linked by an anthracene (1) or by a naphthalene (2) ring have been synthesized and their crystal structures have been determined. While electrochemical measurements show that these two systems are

Highly CO2-selective organic molecular cages: What determines the CO2 selectivity

Jin, Yinghua,Voss, Bret A.,Jin, Athena,Long, Hai,Noble, Richard D.,Zhang, Wei

, p. 6650 - 6658 (2011/06/24)

A series of novel organic cage compounds 1-4 were successfully synthesized from readily available starting materials in one-pot in decent to excellent yields (46-90%) through a dynamic covalent chemistry approach (imine condensation reaction). Covalently cross-linked cage framework 14 was obtained through the cage-to-framework strategy via the Sonogashira coupling of cage 4 with the 1,4-diethynylbenzene linker molecule. Cage compounds 1-4 and framework 14 exhibited exceptional high ideal selectivity (36/1-138/1) in adsorption of CO2 over N2 under the standard temperature and pressure (STP, 20 °C, 1 bar). Gas adsorption studies indicate that the high selectivity is provided not only by the amino group density (mol/g), but also by the intrinsic pore size of the cage structure (distance between the top and bottom panels), which can be tuned by judiciously choosing building blocks of different size. The systematic studies on the structure-property relationship of this novel class of organic cages are reported herein for the first time; they provide critical knowledge on the rational design principle of these cage-based porous materials that have shown great potential in gas separation and carbon capture applications.

Exploring the selectivity of the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reaction in the synthesis of arylnaphthalenes

Lima, Carlos F.R.A.C.,Rodriguez-Borges, José E.,Santos, Luís M.N.B.F.

experimental part, p. 689 - 697 (2011/03/19)

A series of 1-arylnaphthalenes and 1,8-diarylnaphthalenes were synthesized by the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling methodology showing significant differentiation in the yields and selectivity between aryl rings with electron donating (higher yields), and el
